Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- For Frosting: 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased and floured
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk
On top of the dry ingredients, add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar
Mix everything together well
Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared
Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Take it out of the oven and let it cool all the way down
Mix vegan butter with sugar until its smooth
Powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and almond milk should all be added
Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth and creamy
Spread the frosting over the top of the cake after it has cooled
Cut and serve
