These crispy potatoes with garlic and sage are a great vegan side dish that goes with any meal. Garlic and sage together give the crispy potatoes a great smell and taste that makes them a favorite of both vegans and non-vegans.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8-10 fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up
Add the thinly sliced potatoes to a bowl
Add the minced garlic, chopped sage leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Toss the potatoes until they are well covered
Spread the potato mix out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet
After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oven and serve it hot
