Enjoy the flavors of sushi in a convenient sandwich form This sushi sandwich combines the freshness of cucumber and avocado with savory smoked salmon, all wrapped in nori and sushi rice.
Ingredients:
- 4 nori sheets
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Soy sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
Lay out a sheet of nori on a clean surface
Cover the nori sheet with a layer of sushi rice
Put slices of avocado, cucumber, and smoked salmon on top of the rice
Toasted sesame seeds should be put on top of the fillings
Wrap the fillings inside the nori sheet and roll it up tightly
Cut the roll into small pieces that you can easily eat
Do it again with the rest of the ingredients
You can dip them in soy sauce
