Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onions, diced bell peppers, and shredded cheddar cheese
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form them into thin patties
Place one patty on a flat surface, add a second patty on top, and seal the edges to create a stuffed patty
