Healthy Kids Yogurt Popsicles

These yogurt popsicles are a delicious and healthy treat for kids. Packed with protein and vitamins from yogurt and fresh berries, they make for a refreshing snack on a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

Put yogurt, mixed berries, and honey in a blender

Mix until its smooth

Put the mix into popsicle molds

Place a popsicle stick in each mold

Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until its solid

Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen
