This delicious Strawberry Mimosa will take your Easter brunch to the next level. Its the perfect thing to bring to your party because it tastes like fresh strawberries with a hint of citrus.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry liqueur
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions:
In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, strawberry liqueur, and orange juice
Blend until smooth
Strain the strawberry mixture into a pitcher, discarding any solids
For each serving, fill a champagne flute halfway with the strawberry mixture
Top off with champagne or sparkling wine
